Walking and hiking in the Canaries has no limits as it is an activity which is full of sensations, and a world that welcomes people of all ages. Take your time and choose the level of difficulty of the route you want to take in the Canary Islands. There are guided excursions led by the most enthusiastic hikers on the islands, people who know all the routes, who can advise you about the best clothing and equipment, or the most suitable level for you, and during the hike, they can tell you the history of the paths in the Canaries and the natural riches that you will find as you explore them.
